She is an experienced domestic helper with extensive experience in childcare, elderly care, and household management in Singapore. She has worked with multiple Chinese and Indian families, managing both small and large households with professionalism and dedication.

From 27 July 2005 to 23 May 2009, she worked with a Singapore Chinese family caring for an 85-year-old Ah Ma and three children (10, 13, 15 years old). She assisted with health care, medication, medical check-ups, cooking, cleaning, preparing children for school, ironing, and general housekeeping in a 3-story landed property for a family of six. She successfully completed her 4-year contract.

She has also gained experience in short-term contracts managing household chores such as cleaning, cooking, washing, ironing, mopping, gardening, and car washing for families of 2–7 people. She is adaptable, capable of caring for children and pets, and has experience in private apartments and smaller households.

From 1 November 2011 to 15 March 2012, she worked with a Singapore Indian family, handling cleaning, cooking, washing, ironing, and mopping in a 5-room house for 2 people. She completed a 1.1-year contract, gaining experience in multi-tasking and working in different cultural environments.
